  2. APPLYING 101
    • Date: Monday Dec 11, 2023
    • Time: 5:00 -7:30 pm EST

    • Register for our application workshop for Canadian high school students. This information session will walk through the OUAC application and what you can expect through the admissions process.

  3. Reach Ahead to Kinesiology – APPLICATION CLOSING SOON
    • Reach Ahead to Kinesiology invites Black and Indigenous high school students to attend the Faculty during March Break. Participants are provided with experiential learning to explore the field of kinesiology, where health and physical activity intersect! 
    • Age Group:  Black and Indigenous youth aged 15 – 17 who are currently enrolled in grade 10 or 11 at a high school within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), or who currently reside in the GTA.
    • Program Dates: March Break
    • Application Deadline is December 8th, 2023

  4. Summer Mentorship Program
    • Program Dates: Four Weeks in July 2024
    • Application deadline: First Deadline January 12, 2024
    • The Summer Mentorship Program (SMP) gives high school students of Indigenous or African ancestry a chance to explore health sciences at the University of Toronto over four weeks in July.

  5. STEAM Design
    • Program Dates: July 2 – 26, 2024
    • The STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) Design Program is an experiential learning program with an equity focus, as it is designed for grades 10-12 students identifying with groups that are underrepresented in health sciences (i.e. Black, Indigenous, Filipino, Latin American, racialized, and/or from any background experiencing socio-economic barriers)

  6. Blueprint
    • Program Dates: July 8 – August 2, 2024
    • Blueprint is an academic enrichment program designed for highly motivated Black students interested in science and engineering. Blueprint is open to students currently in Grades 10 and 11, and are interested in careers in STEM (Science, Technology Engineering and Math).
