Rachel’s International Business Fundamentals class, led by our awesome student teacher Malisa, ventured where the Canadian government struggles: Negotiating a new NAFTA deal. Role-playing as the Canadian, American, and Mexican delegations, students debated what each country was willing to give up…and what none would compromise on. While a deal wasn’t inked, we still think our students did better than the real life negotiations (even though Donald Trump had to step out to take a phone call!).
