Zen bags

Culminating activities and exams can be a stressful time, but don’t worry, we’ve got your back! Thanks to the hard work of Karin, our CYW Silvia, and our amazing student volunteers, we distributed “Zen bags” containing everything you need to get you through the next few days: stress balls, a notebook, a USB so you don’t lose those important assignments, a bag of tea, and stress management tips and apps.
